This series of linked webinars will be of interest to staff with additional leadership responsibilities around training and education planning/delivery as well as workforce and organizational development. These will aim to support a sustainable organizational environment in which identification and better management of mental health needs are actively promoted, including through addressing the development needs of staff.

• Describe current pathways through which CYPs and families access support for mental health needs in their own setting, including areas for development and improvement
• Describe learning needs and gaps in staff’s knowledge and skills regarding mental health work in their own setting
• Identify “measures of success” with regards to mental health work within your own setting and use tools and action plans to implement changes, including through staff development
