Certificate in Nutrition and Health – Level 2
This qualification is designed for students who are looking to improve their understanding of nutrition and health and develop an understanding of the importance of eating healthily and maintaining hydration both as part of daily life and during exercise. The course will enable you to have a greater understanding of food choices and how to make healthy choices as part of a health diet. You will be able to plan a healthy diet and increase understanding of eating disorders, the connections between food and feelings and ways to seek help and support.
